Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of parts and accessories by CBC Parts (a division of Colm Burns Commercials Ltd). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. Prices and Information

All prices and product information are subject to change without notice. Prices listed exclude delivery, shipping, and related charges unless otherwise stated. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, please contact us for the most up-to-date details on all products.

 

2. Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only when we have processed it and provided a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or failure to verify vehicle compatibility.

 

3. Vehicle Compatibility and Fitment

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that parts ordered are compatible with their specific vehicle.

We strongly recommend that customers provide their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) at the time of order to allow us to verify fitment. CBC Parts is not liable for costs, damages, or losses incurred due to the installation of incorrect parts.

 

4. Warranty

All parts are sold subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Any warranty claim may be void if parts are not installed by a qualified automotive technician. CBC Parts does not provide a separate warranty beyond that of the manufacturer.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBC Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business, profit, or vehicle downtime, arising from the supply or use of any product.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
