  • Vehicle Financing / Leasing: We assist customers in obtaining vehicle financing and/or leasing from third parties. The processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

  • Marketing: Information is collected by our Sales, Service, and/or Marketing staff when a customer contacts the dealership. We use this to market our products and services to you, subject to your consent.

  • Quality Improvement / Staff Training: All phone calls, written communications, and website queries are stored on our internal servers for quality improvement and staff training purposes based on our legitimate interests.

  • CCTV: We operate a CCTV system on our premises to protect the safety and security of our staff and property.

  • Anti-Money Laundering: In the event of a transaction exceeding €10,000, we process personal data to comply with legal anti-money laundering obligations.

  • Change of Ownership Documentation: We process documentation for vehicle registration changes through the Revenue Online Service as necessary for the performance of a contract.

  • Safety Incidents / Product Recall: We use your data to contact you regarding urgent safety measures or product recalls in compliance with our legal obligations.

  • Staff Data: We process employee data for HR and payroll purposes.

We collect necessary categories including: Name, Contact Details, Occupation, Vehicle/Part Details, Bank Details, Service History, and Gender.
